The owner of an institution can upgrade or change the subscription plan of their institution.

How to upgrade to a different plan

  1. Make sure you're logged in to Peergrade.

  2. Go to your User settings by clicking your name in the top right corner.

  3. Click on the Institution tab.

  4. Go to your institution dashboard

  5. Select the Plans tab

  6. Select the plan you want to change to, select the number of active students you are teaching in your institutions and click on Choose plan.

  7. If the plan requires payment fill in your card details to pay and click Pay.

How to add licenses to your current plan

  1. Make sure you're logged in to Peergrade.

  2. Go to your User settings by clicking your name in the top right corner.

  3. Click on the Plans tab.

  4. While viewing your current plan, move the slider to the new total number of student licenses you want. (Remember, the licenses are offered on a sliding scale: 30, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200...)

  5. Click the button in green that says Update plan.

Note that you will pay for the additional learners just for the remaining time on your subscription, so the total will be discounted based on the date of your renewal.
