Video recording submissions will allow your students to record a video directly in Peergrade and submit it. By default, video recording submissions are not enabled.

After creating an assignment, go to assignment Settings, select submissions from the side menu and then enable Video Recording. After enabling video recording submissions, you can change the maximum length of the video students are allowed to record.
