There are a few steps you can take to try and view the student's submission.
Try downloading the student submission. After clicking 'View Submission', a download button will appear where the student submission should be.
Try using a different internet connection.
If you can view a student submission on a different internet connection, this likely indicates there is an issue reaching Peergrade's files due to the network's configuration and firewall.
If you are getting a specific error message:
Chrome 70.0 (November 2018) will show an error like:This site can't be reached
peergrade.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com unexpectedly closed the connection.
The error may be slightly different depending on the browser and the current version.
