From the participants page, you can add, remove and edit the students and teachers in the class.
Bulk Import Students
Bulk Importing Students will allow you to enter multiple students at one time. Enter each name and email on a new line, when you're finished click import. After clicking import an email will automatically be sent inviting all participants to the class and their name will appear on the appropriate list below.
Adding Participants Individually
To add participants individually, enter the name and email in the appropriate boxes then select the participant type. After clicking 'add participant' an email will automatically be sent inviting them to the class and their name will appear on the appropriate list below.
Editing the Participants List
The list of participants is divided up between teachers and students. From this list you can see who has signed up, re-send an invitation or edit their information. Participants that have accepted the invitation to Peergrade and logged in for the class will be indicated with a green check mark. If they have not logged on to Peergrade will be indicated with a red 'x', in this case you can resend an invitation by clicking on 're-send invite'. A new invitation will automatically be sent.
To edit a participants information, click the gray pencil and this will open a pop up where you can edit the name, email address and the participant type. Editing the participant type will also allow you to make someone a student or teacher.
