From the participants page, you can add, remove and edit the students and teachers in the class.

To access the participants page: From the overview page click on your class and then click on Participants tab on the top menu.

Class Code

A class code is displayed at the top of the page that you can share with students. Students can join with an existing account or set up a new account after entering their code on peergrade.io/join.

Use the arrow next to the code to view class code options.

Manually Inviting Participants

  1. Click the blue Invite Participants button. Choose to invite students or teacher.
  2. To add participants individually, enter the name and email in the appropriate boxes. If you'd like to add more participants click 'Add 1 more'. 
  3. When you're done adding participants, choose whether to send an invitation now or later and click Add Students.

File Import

  1. Click the blue Invite Participants button. Choose to invite students or teacher.
  2. Click on the File Import tab. Use a .csv file to import a large list of students. Each line in the file should read Firstname Lastname, email@email.com.
  3. Choose between sending invitations immediately or send them at a later time and click Add Students.

Copy and Paste a List

  1. Click the blue Invite Participants button. Choose to invite students or teacher.
  2. Click on the Copy & Paste tab. Each line should read Firstname Lastname, email@email.com
  3. Choose between sending invitations immediately or send them at a later time and click Add.

Editing the Participants List

To edit participant details, locate the participant on the list and click the 3 dots to the right of the students status. Options will open to edit participant (name, email or username), Login as, deactivate or remove user.
